Valentina Felber


Born in Montabelluna (TV) in 1983, got her high-school leaving examination in the classical Liceo Antonio Canova in Treviso and she graduated in Padua.
She fluently speaks and writes in English and she attended a course of legal English in 2013 acknowledged by the Bar Association of Treviso.

She has been registered in Treviso’s Rolls since November 2012.
She did her legal training and her first practice as a lawyer in an important law firm in Treviso dealing mainly with Family Law as Atty.’s Gaudenzia Brunello practiotioner with whom she is still collaborating at Taffarello-Brunello Associates.

Ever since 2009 she has been involved into AIAF’s activity (Associazione italiana degli Avvocati per la Famiglia e per i minori – Italian Association of Family and Juvenile Lawyers) by attending and practically collaborating, in the last five years, to all the meetings of the association’s section of Treviso which she became a member of in 2013.
Her major area of practice is Civil Law with focus on Family Law, Personal Law and compensation matters mainly due to family and personal right infringement. She also deals with debt collection and all the procedures thereof.

In 2010, during her legal training, she attended one of the first Italian courses on Collaborative Practice in Treviso; in April 2014, she has then followed a first-level course in Padua after having gained her professional lawyer qualification thus becoming one of the youngest lawyer in Italy to take up this new area of practice.

She is currently waiting to be old enough to register at Aiadc Associazione Italiana Professionisti Collaborativi (Italian Association of Collaborative Practiotioners).
