Tiziana Rizzotto

Born in Montabelluna (TV) in 1973, got a Scientific General Certificate of Education and graduated in Trieste in 2001.
She has an excellent knowledge of computer operating systems due to sundry courses followed during her University studies. Moreover, she also knows English very well.
She has been registered in Treviso’s Rolls since 2007.

She did her legal training and her first practice as a lawyer in an important law firm in Montabelluna which mainly practices on Civil Law though she started collaborating with Atty. Gianni Taffarello and Atty. Gaudenzia Brunello long before being part of Taffarello-Brunello Associates.

She associated to AIAF – Associazione italiana degli Avvocati per la Famiglia e per i minori  (Italian Association of Family and Juvenile Lawyers) in 2007 and ever since she has attended all the formative events organised by the association in Treviso and to some national conferences and meetings as well.
As a lawyer, she is a specialised in Collaborative Law having followed the course “Foundation Training in
Collaborative Pratice” organised in Treviso by AIAF in collaboration with IACP Standards (International Academy of Collaborative Professionals) in March 2011. She has also been enrolled at Aiadc – Associazione Italiana Professionisti Collaborativi (Italian Association of Collaborative Practiotioners) since 2014.

As far as Civil Law is concerned, her major areas of practice are labour matters, Tenancy Law besides debt collection.
She also deals with Criminal Law having attended the ‘Corso di Formazione Tecnica e Deontologica dell’Avvocato Penalista’ (Course of Technical and Ethical training for Criminal Lawyers) organised by Scuola Territoriale della Camera Penale Trevigiana (Treviso’s Criminal Chamber) the in 2011.
