Gianni Taffarello

Gianni Taffarello, born in Carbonera (TV) in 1952, got his Scientific General Certificate of Education at Pio X High School in Treviso and graduated in Trieste.
He has been registered in Treviso’s Rolls since 1982 and he has been practicing in the Corte di Cassazione (Court of Cassation) since 1997.
Before founding the professional association where he is currently practicing, he owned a law firm where some members of the staff of Taffarello-Brunello Associates did already work.

His primary areas of practice are Civil, Commercial and Financial Law with huge experience in the field of Leasing Agreements.
Much as his keen interest into leading economic and financial aspects was already vivid at the time of his University studies, this commitment of his significantly strengthened during the military service as a reserve officer of the Finance Police with important operative tasks in Naples.
He is member, at times even chairman, of Boards of Statutory Auditors of societies and co-operatives; besides, he is chairman of the Board of Legal Revisers of the ‘Fondazione dell’Avvocatura Trevigiana’ (Treviso’s Bar Foundation).
He has been enrolled in the Register of Auditors since 1995 (registration n°566772).

Furthermore, he has probed into aspects of Food Law and of national, international and community legislation and law regarding the production and commercialization of wine.
He is member of the UGVI (Union of Jurists of Grape and Wine Law).
He is also registered at Aiaf – Associazione Italiana degli Avvocati per la Famiglia e per i Minori (Italian Association of Family and Juvenile Lawyers) since succession matters and the protection of the weak – especially lawsuits of supporting administration, interdiction, disqualification and compensation – also are major areas of interest of his.
