TAFFARELLO-BRUNELLO

Professional association between two Lawyers with thirty years of experience

The law firm Studio Taffarello-Brunello was founded on  January 1st, 2013, with the professional association between the lawyers Gianni Taffarello and Gaudenzia Brunello both having a 30-year long professional experience, the former as head of an individual law firm, the latter as member of another professional association. Despite being married since 1983, they long preferred to follow different personal practice paths.

Their professional experiences, related to different practice areas, have now become solid enough to prevent their relationship from smoothing over both their specific competences and personal professional characteristics.
At Taffarello-Brunello Associates autonomous practice and carefulness have always been the very basis to develop the awareness that legal practice – a unique profession to counsel citizens – has to evolve into a most conscientious taking on responsibility to best fit clients’ needs.

All lawyers collaborating with the Studio and the secretarial staff share the commitment to ensure the clients a respectful welcome and to guarantee them the greatest care in seeing cases through.

As further protection for the clients, the insurance policy LL0YD’S  AE 000015662 (compensation limit €1.500.000) has been drawn up as coverage to any possible risks.

The main practice area of the Studio is Civil Law – especially Commercial and Company Law; Family Law; Labour and Social Security Law – besides Criminal Law, particularly family litigations.

Our associates and collaborators have good knowledge of English, French, and Spanish.

Rossella Pivato and Veronica Bianco welcome the clients and they are the first reference persons for everyone who contacts the Studio by telephone.
They have a long experience since they started to collaborate with Atty. Tafferello and Atty. Brunello long before the constitution of their professional association.
They can accept documents and issue copies of legal acts and letters; moreover, they can themselves give pieces of information on deadlines, court hearings and on the status or advancement of legal papers.
They fix appointments and are in charge of putting the clients through the lawyers whenever it may be necessary.
